There are 2 .3mf files and 5 .stl files
Print 1 charging dock, 2 PCS Snap in Pegs, 2 PCS Peg Locking pieces and an optional divider.
Print these parts in your preferred filament, but try to avoid printing the snap-in pegs and Peg Locking pieces in matte PLA filament due to it being more brittle and isn't as durable as regular PLA. When testing the snap-in pegs in matte filament they can have a tendency to lose some of the “springiness”. Optimal filament for the Pegs and the Peg Locking pieces is PETG. If you intend to put heavier objects (i.e. multiple pliers or similar) in your bin you might consider glueing the pegs in place (I haven't found any need to glue them during my usage so far when storing items seen in the pictures).
I have attached 5 STL files: (Skådis Pen Organizer Bin/10 square holes…/Large_hole+4 holes…/Swiss cheese ø10,5+ø6,5 /Peg Locking piece & Exp_DB peg)
and 4 3mf files: (Skådis Pen Organizer Bin3mf / Dividers Skådis Organizer Bin .3mf/DB Exp_peg PETG/Peg_Locking Piece PETG).
The 3mf files are generated in prusa slicer and have pre-set filament settings, layer height, perimeters and infill settings and s (s only on the bin).
In the 3mf file “Dividers Skådis Organizer Bin”: the two “wings”(with the slots for the pin) on the bin I have made custom modifiers to add extra perimeters for extra strength where it´s most crucial
If you print the stl files with your own settings:
The Bin
Print orientation (see screen capture)
Use a standard amount of perimeters and 5% infill.
Layerheight: 0,2mm (layer height settings is up to you)
Rafts: No
Brim: No
s: Paint on organic s On the underside of the oblong slots and underside of the guiding pins/pivot pins
Infill: 5%
Perimeters: 5 walls (for Extra strength where it is most crucial)
Solid Layers: 5 bottom, 4 top.
The Snap-in pegs (print 2PCS)
Print orientation (see screen capture)
Infill (doesn't matter, see perimeters below).
Layerheight: 0,2mm
Rafts: No
Brim: No
s: No
Infill: 5%
Perimeters: 5 walls (makes for solid part)
Solid Layers: 5 bottom, 4 top.
The Dividers
Print orientation (see screen capture)
Infill (doesn't matter, see perimeters below).
Layerheight: 0,2mm -0,3mm
Rafts: No
Brim: No
s: No
Infill: 5%
Perimeters: 2 walls
Solid Layers: 4 bottom, 3 top.
Peg Locking piece (print 2PCS)
Print orientation (see screen capture)
Infill (doesn't matter, see perimeters below).
Layerheight: 0,2mm (layer height settings is up to you, generally lower layer height does not decrease strength)
Rafts: No
Brim: No
s: No
Infill: 15%
Perimeters: 2 walls
Solid Layers: 5 bottom, 4 top.
