Perfect Fit Ball Stretcher

Prints easy with no s or brims needed.

The molds range from 35mm to 50mm (inner diameter). The mold heights range from 25mm to 50mm. The design is hour glass inside, so the actual middle of the ring will be about 10mm smaller than the diameter specified. This is to apply tension in the center of the ring and comfortably above your balls and below you penis. If you need a bigger or smaller size, you can resize / scale the mold. All parts must be kept at the same ratios or they will not fit together correctly. If you need a different size and resizing is not working for you, please let me know and I will create a mold set for you.

File names 35D (mm diameter) X 25H (mm height) Mold A and B (parts) through 50DX50H.

The Mold
I found that the mold is best printed in PLA, but PETG works as well. I printed this on a Bambu PS1 using a .20mm layer height with a .4 nozzle. If you want your final product to be smoother, try a smaller layer height and/or use adaptive + smooth layer height and adjust the layers to be thinner at the front and back curves.

The Silicone
I used LET'S RESIN 0A Translucent Platinum Cure Silicone. Its soft enough to be able to stretch to put the ring on, but firm enough to give you a nice tension around your balls and is comfortable to wear for extended periods. You can lightly coat the mold with a release agent, but I was able to extract the toy from the mold with only a little effort.

Instructions for creating your mold:

1. Print the mold parts A and B oriented with the flat sides on the bed. An example Bambu 3mf file is include and ready to print. No s or brims are needed.
2. Test fit the mold parts to be sure there is enough clearance and the mold seals well.
3. Fill the assembled mold with water and pour into a mixing cup so you know how much silicone you need to use to make the toy. Be sure to dry the mold, insert, and mixing cup when done.
4. Optional Prepare your mold halves with a silicone release spray, mineral oil, or non-stick cooking spray if desired. I did not use any release agent, and it worked fine. It just takes a little extra work remove the silicone from the mold.
5. Close the mold parts A and B.
6. Wrap the side seams of the mold tightly with masking tape being sure to cover the seams and leave the top hole open for filling. This will give you a better seal and will prevent silicone from seeping out.
7. Mix your silicone and carefully pour it into the flanged opening on the top. Pouring a thin stream will reduce air bubbles. If silicone closes the hole, you can tap the mold to release the bubble.
8. Fill all the way to the bottom of the fill hole. I filled mine to to the top of the hole to for some seeping and just cut the top off post processing.
9. Tap the mold on your hand a few times or soft surface to release bubbles and to coat all inside surfaces. I also put my finger over the fill hole and rotate the mold slowly back and forth and side to side to make sure any air bubbles captured in the ridges can escape. Add more silicone if level drops. I also rest my mold at a slight angle with the top hole elevated so the bubbles can work their way to the opening (see picture).
10. Wait 4 to 6+ hours, depending on the silicone you use.
11. When curing is complete, remove the tape. Use a small straight edge to carefully pry the mold apart using the insets. I pull up any silicone at the fill hold and clip it off so it can slide back through the hold and not tear the silicone.
12. The silicone ring can be dusted with cornstarch to remove any moisture or stickiness. Normally you can wash the silicone with water and mild soap.
