Hi I need help with the locks for 4cards it doesn’t snap on

Hi! The locks should snap tight. However, due to the different printing accuracy of different printers, I can advise you to increase the scale by 2-3% along one of the axes when printing locks (depending on how the model is oriented on the printer table). The lock will stretch out and snap more easily.

The idea is good. But the project is so frustrating...
The locker did not fit and can not complete. Tried a few times and giveup

Excellent design
Printed this in PA-CF (outer) and PETg (accents) the locks don't fit, but making them a little bigger.
one suggestion though. Reverse the clip that I someone wants to clip the wallet over their pants (like a knife clip) the cards aren't upside down

I tried to print this for 12 cards config but there's an issue with the lever square and the hole for 6 cards lever. The square on the lever smaller than the hole in the 6 cards lever so the lever can't stay in place. I printed with many PLA brand and color but the result is the same. I checked in CURA and we can clearly see that the square on the lever is smaller than the hole on the pusher because if we superpose those two pieces we can see gaps.

Hi! Yes, there are gaps, but without them I could not put the levers together, they did not fit into each other. Apparently you have a very high-precision printer. Please leave me your E-mail in private messages, and I will send you a model without gaps.

Excellent model. Easy to assemble.
Lots of other comments complaining about the clips being too tight, but I suspect they just have bad calibration.
Not a problem of course as this can be addressed with a tiny bit of scaling.
Highly recommend PETG if you're a wallet-in-back person. Cracked and warped a different wallet like this before in PLA

Very strange, no one has complained about the clips yet. There are several types of clips in the archive for a different number of cards, maybe you chose them incorrectly.

6 card option with 6 card clips?? dont think so.

the locks are specially made so rigid that the cards do not shake inside. If you can't snap them, then you can print them by zooming in 2-3% on the X or Y axis.

The only time I had issues with the clips, personally, was when my printer was not dialed in well. After I corrected my issues and parts printed smoothly, the clips worked just fine. I have been carrying one of these wallets daily for the past year+.

I have even stepped on it and just had to pop a clip back in place.

I am unable to load the file "pusher_4cards.stl" in cura. Says its corrupted. I have ed multiple times now. any thoughts on what can be done for that ?

Hi! This is very strange, you are the second person who complained that this file does not open in CURA. At the same time, I checked and it opens for me. You can try to open it in PrusaSlicer.
I have overwritten the archive with STL files. Please it again.

Printed mine in resin (voxelab proxima 6.0/ eSun Black Standard) and had to scale the clips a little and it worked out nicely. Even got the Cyberpunk back on it too.

Hi! For 12 cards, you need to print: padding_6 cards, poker_6 cards, level,Up (all these details in 2 copies), spacer (1 piece), Lock_12cd (4 pieces)

Bonjour, j'ai réalisé le montage pour 4 carte. Cela fonctionne très bien, néanmoins les petits lockets latéraux sont très dur a mètre sans les casser. Personnellement je les ai chauffer un peu pour les rentrer sinon impeccable

Printed 6 card version. So pleased. No s, snaps flawleslly. Only concern is that money clip won't hold a lot of bills. Maybe a thicker clip would help. Even thou, such a great design.

Can you fix the back with clip has a small hole like the Up file for using the finger to push cards up?!still can use money clip!

If you are printing a double-sided cardholder for 8, 10 or 12 cards, then the spacer (or separator) is inserted in the middle so that the cards on one side do not interfere with the cards on the other side.

I love the design but the locks are very difficult to get on, at least in the 4 card version. The fit is extremely tight and I broke a couple trying to get it together. Some assembly instructions would also be nice as right now it's just a bunch of part files with no guidance.
