This month, plunge into the twisted madness of the warp! Here, the very land you walk on crumbles and falls away into the void. Towering monolithic structures float and loom above you, their block-like structures shifting and moving unnaturally. Be very careful not to peer into the void of the warp... Or the millions of tormented souls trapped within it may very well peer back!
This month, we made enough terrain for you guys to cover a whole table. We made it so that the platforms are playable areas, making them work great for interactive terrain. The best thing about the terrain and rollers in this set is that they will be the easiest to paint we have ever made, just spray them black and airbrush or drybrush some shades of purple, and you are done!
We worked hard to ensure this set would be very usable for both fantasy and sci-fi games, so it should do the trick whether you are playing a DnD adventure in the void or astral plane or battling hordes of demons in a grim futuristic war!
Texture Rollers
Shattered Realm: With this roller, you can make the land in the warp that is cracked and broken by the warp energy flowing below it. This is the most general-purpose roller in the set and will make great bases and tiles for a whole variety of settings.
Warp Shattered Land: This roller uses the same style of land as the 'Shattered Realm', but has huge ravines splitting the land, filled with warp energy. The rollers should work great together for basing a whole army mixing up some bases with warp areas and some with more of the shattered land.
Monolithic Stones: This roller has the same structure as the 'Monolithic Towers' but held together with warp energy. It will work for making floors and walls of any monolithic-style terrain you wish to make,as well as a solid base texture.
Shifting Monoliths: This roller has the Monolithic blocks, but has them actively shifting and moving through the warp. This should make for some amazing bases and tiles, where you can have sections of the blocks marked with the arcane symbols and sections of the screaming souls trapped in the warp on a single base.
The Warp: Next time I am basing some demons, this is the roller I am using for their base textures because what is cooler than demons pawning directly out of the warp. Here, the souls lost in the void contort, twist, and spiral in eternal torment.
Terrain
Monolithic Towers: A set of 4 towering terrain pieces of shifting stones covered in arcane symbols. Each is made with playability in mind and has multiple platforms to help cross the terrain or set up your squad.
Tormentors Palm: A hand erupting from the ground, summoned by a swirling vortex of tortured souls. It grasps for the warp-tainted power within the ever-shifting cube inscribed with unknowable arcane symbols.
Arcane Tablets: Monolithic slabs of stone jut from the ground, each carved with ancient, shifting sigils that seem to rewrite themselves when unobserved. These tablets are said to hold forbidden knowledge.
Shifting Steps: Massive stone blocks hover, tethered only by rusted chains. This set of 4 pairs with the Monolith towers to make easy ageways from one terrain piece to another, or can be used separately as scatter terrain.
As always, both pre-ed and non-ed versions are included!
