App to create string art

I have already released 15 amazing programs! To easily create fantastic STLs just by ing pictures or entering text.

In recent years, manually created thread paintings become popular. Now you can print such paintings on a 3D printer.

By ing you get the program Amazing STL Creator 15.exe
App is for Windows (Windows 7, 8, 10, 11). If you have MacOS or Linux, you can use the additional program WineHQ to work with this program.

It is desirable that the JPG be square (width equal to height). You can load a JPG of any ratio, then the program will cut off the excess and leave a square.

STLs created for the most typical settings of FDM printers: layer height 0.2 mm, first layer height 0.3 mm, nozzle 0.4 mm, print speed 50-60 mm/s, PLA plastic.

The optimal size of the string art circle should be about 120 mm, and it is better to use gray plastic (or colored, but not light or dark).

It is best to view such string art against the background of a uniform, brightly lit surface (for example, a computer screen).

The 120mm strings print quite well. They sag a little (by 1-2 mm), but this is almost unnoticeable. And starting from the second layer of threads, they rely on the previous threads, so they print even better.

Easy installation and use:
1. Unzip the app to any folder (for example D:\Amazing\ )
2. Launch the app
3. If a Windows warning appears like "Windows protected your PC", please click “More info” and “Run anyway”
4. The app places resulting file Amazing.stl to the same folder where the app is located.
