How would I scale it to fit me? I am 6'5

So far I've just done a small desk sized print for the all toghter sizing one, 10/10 detail I can't wait to do the full file and build the actual helmet. Thanks for creating this, and having it at a decent price. I just started 3d printing and this will be my first actual project.

Does the file include a helmet and a sword? or only armor without a helmet, and the helmet and sword file must be purchased separately.
