Rattlesnake articulated toy, print-in-place body, snap-fit head, cute-flexi

I'm very excited to share my articulated Rattlesnake. This snake features an Opening Mouth and a working Rattle with print-in-place beads! The base length is 25 inches, BUT that's just the starting point! With the snap-fit body t system and the additional Body Extension Links, you can make it as long as you want! Each Extend Link adds another inch to the total length. Try different colors to add a striped effect.

Updated... Multicolor 3mf file now included for eye, mouth, and rattle coloring.

Recommended
-Body (Front and Rear): Print-In-Place. Snap-Fit BodyFront to BodyRear.
-Head Top: Snap-Fit to Head Bottom. Pre-ed!
-Head Bottom: Snap-Fit to the Body Front. Pre-ed!
-Rattle: Separate so it can be printed in a different color. Snap-Fit to Body Rear. If the rattle beads do not print free from the surrounding material, you can use a pointed object, like a pen, to push them into the rattle. Print-in-place.
-Body Extend Link: Print-in-place. Add in-between Body Front and Rear.

Extras
-Body Aligned (Front and Rear) : Body links are all in a straight line. Gives more options for people with belt or large build volume printers.
-Body Rear wRattle & Body Rear wRattle Aligned: Rattle is pre-attached to the body, if you aren't interested in printing it separately.

-3MF: includes multicolor 3MF file (compatible with both PrusaSlicer and Bambu Studio) Though on single extruder printers, I recommend printing the rattle separately too speed up the print time and reduce filament waste.

10% Infill.
3 Walls.

*if you find the Rattle beads are partially fused to the bottom does to elephant's foot artifacts, try pushing them in with a pointed object like a pen.

This model has been successfully printed down to 70%. Below that the t function may start to become compromised. YMMV

**This model was designed for FDM printing. It was not designed for Resin printing, and I cannot guarantee good/functional results. Resin print at your own risk.*

Attention: Not suitable for unsupervised play by small children or pets, as small parts can pose a choking hazard if broken off due to rough play. Not recommended for children under 3.
